Pristina, Feb 22 (RTK) - The document for decentralization prepared by the Government aims to create enclaves and legalize the Serb parallel authority, stated Jakup Krasniqi on behalf of the parliamentary group of PDK. He accused the Government and the Parliament of changing the framework document for decentralization.

"The new plan isn't in accordance with the framework document, it is a new project of the government, a project that doesn't have a legal basis of any laws in power or over the framework constitution and as it is we considered it an illegal document that doesn't aim at decentralization of local authority for Kosovo citizens", emphasized Krasniqi.

Krasniqi stated that the PDK parliamentary group is going to request that this issue be returned to the parliament for debate it and based on this debate to compile the document for pilot projects. According to him, the president of the parliament unfairly hasn't put the issue of decentralization in the agenda, a request which was done by the PDK parliamentary group a month ago.
