Unknown attackers opened fire last night (Satuday, May 6) on the vehicle of Diocese of Raska and Pirzren secretary Protopresbyter Srjdan Stankovic around 10:00 p.m. as he left the village of Rudare in Zvecan municipality.

According to Fr. Srdjan a black VW Golf without license plates blocked the road and two persons fired several gunshots in his direction. One of the bullets hit the vehicle and the priest managed to turn the vehicle back toward Zvecan, where he reported the incident to police.
